Vinalhaven Caretaker Ordered to Repay Money Received from Homeowner

A unanimous eight-person jury in the U.S. District Court in Portland found that the caretaker of a home in Vinalhaven, Maine, used her unrestricted access to the homeowner's bank accounts to misspend $300,000 in breach of her fiduciary duties.
