New Associates

Associates at Preti Flaherty benefit from the consistent amount of challenging, quality work available to new attorneys, as well as the high level of client interaction from the outset. Although our offices are located in New England, you will handle matters that cross state, regional, and sometimes even national borders. Our clients are located all over the country and world, and you will routinely work with attorneys in all of our offices on a broad range of matters in your first year as an associate.

An Entrepreneurial Culture

Our entrepreneurial culture encourages associates to hit the ground running and build their own practice. Self-starters thrive here and are rewarded for bringing in their own business and fostering strong client relationships. At the same time, our partners' "open door" approach to training creates a learning environment where associates are always welcome to ask questions and receive support and feedback from senior associates and partners.
