We are currently seeking a senior  Intellectual Property attorney to  join our Intellectual Property Practice Group in our Boston, MA or Concord, NH offices. A candidate must have extensive IP experience and expertise in both patent and trademark matters and a portable book of business. Candidates also should be interested in assuming a leadership role in the Group in the nearer term. The Firm will consider the addition of a group of experienced IP practitioners.

Commercial Lending/Real Estate Associate Attorney

Concord, NH

Preti Flaherty is a full-service law firm with more than 100 attorneys and offices in ME, NH, MA and D.C. We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to work in our dynamic and growing Business Law Practice Group in our Concord, NH office.

A candidate must have:

  • Top academic credentials;
  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial lending and commercial real estate acquisitions/development/financing;
  • Specific experience closing commercial loan and real estate transactions;
  • Additional experience with land use and permitting matters, title examinations, and title insurance preferred; and
  • NH and/or MA bar admission.
