Sig Schutz is a partner in Preti Flaherty’s Litigation practice group and Chair of the firm’s Media Law practice group. He represents news organizations and media clients in First Amendment litigation, defamation and privacy matters, state and federal freedom of information cases, and copyright disputes. He also handles complex business litigation, products liability cases, and environmental litigation. He has served as counsel in more than 30 state and federal appeals.
