From Concord: A Legislative Update for HR Professionals

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, all legislative activities in the state of New Hampshire, with a couple of exceptions, will be handled remotely. Several employment-related bills will be considered and voted on during this session including bills related to accommodations for pregnant and breastfeeding employees, paid sick leave, COVID-19 testing and related leave, non-compete agreements, and minimum wage. Preti Strategies' Peter Bragdon and Preti Flaherty's Peter Callaghan will provide an update on where things currently stand, review any pending employment-related legislation, and forecast future policies and trends.
