Zoom Webinar

Preti Flaherty attorney John Cronan will participate in a panel discussion as part of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce Webinar Series on the topic of "The Intersection of Worker's Comp and COVID-19." Presenters will discuss unknowns surrounding workers comp during the pandemic and beyond, including the compensability of COVID-19 related claims, claims that may arise while employees are working remotely from their homes, and how a shrinking statewide payroll may impact premium rates and thus overall premium costs.

The Maine State Chamber of Commerce works to promote a positive business climate in the state of Maine, by focusing on advocacy, access, and awareness. As the state’s premier business advocacy organization, it works to empower the state's business community to collaboratively advance a proactive agenda for economic growth and prosperity in Maine.
