Session 2 - Legal and Liable: Insuring Your Cannabis-Related Business

Members of Preti Flaherty's Cannabis Business Group are joined by guests active in the cannabis, hemp, and CBD industries for a three-part breakfast series to discuss what it takes to properly instigate, operate, and regulate a cannabis-related venture. These seminars present an important opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, express concerns, and gain perspective on one of the most talked-about business issues of our time.

We continue our series on October 29, 2019, as attorney Matt Warner is joined by Jim Chalmers and Katie Piper of Chalmers Insurance Group to discuss the growing demand for more comprehensive insurance options, the marijuana-related market segments that need coverage most, and federal barriers and other risks that could limit wider carrier participation.

Click Here for more information or to register.  The series is complimentary but advance registration is appreciated.
