Biography

Sira is a corporate and transactional attorney in Preti’s Real Estate and Finance and Corporate and M&A practice groups. She advises businesses on commercial transactions, real estate matters, and related business needs. Her work includes helping clients understand legal and regulatory requirements and providing practical guidance tailored to their business goals.

Sira’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, financings, strategic partnerships, commercial contracting, and commercial real estate transactions. She drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial agreements, including vendor and service agreements, licensing arrangements, partnership agreements, and other transactional documents. She also assists clients with interpreting state and federal statutes and regulations, assessing compliance considerations, and understanding the legal implications of legislative and regulatory developments.

Prior to joining Preti, Sira worked as a Senior Advisor at a public policy consulting firm and served as Deputy Legislative Director and Deputy Legal Counsel in the Massachusetts State Senate. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. in History from Gettysburg College, with minors in Spanish and Economics.

She lives in Londonderry and practices out of Preti’s Concord office.
