Portland law firm Preti Flaherty unveils renovated HQ space

Preti Flaherty has remodeled its Portland headquarters, spanning three floors and 41,000 square feet at One City Center. The update features hybrid workstations, collaborative areas, and an internal staircase that integrates flexible conference and event spaces, shared and hoteling offices, meeting rooms, and café areas. Managed by Consigli Construction and designed by Visnick & Caulfield, the office was transformed into a modern, flexible environment with enhanced natural light and views. Headquartered at One City Center for more than two decades, Preti Flaherty is looking ahead to the future with a space that reflects the firm’s post-pandemic workplace changes and embodies its evolving, collaborative, and accessible work environment.
