Preti Flaherty Announces Attorney Promotions

New England law firm Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce the promotion of three attorneys:

In the Portland, Maine office, Alexandra A. Harriman has been promoted to Partner. Alex practices in Preti’s Litigation and Media Law Practice Groups, counseling clients in a wide range of complex state and federal litigation and appeals. A skilled legal researcher and writer, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law. Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Alex served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Andrew M. Mead of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.

In the Concord, New Hampshire office, Daniel S. Rich has been promoted to Director. Dan is a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A, Real Estate and Finance, and Banking and Financial Services Practice Groups. He specializes in a variety of business matters, including planning and structuring business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and purchase and sale of assets, stock, and limited liability company interests. A New England native, Rich graduated from University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, he practiced corporate and real estate law in Florida for five years.

Practicing out of Preti’s Concord, New Hampshire and Boston, Massachusetts offices, Nicholas A. Dube has been promoted to Director. A member of the firm’s Litigation and Construction Law Practice Groups, Dube handles construction and complex commercial disputes and advises clients on risk assessment, contract negotiations, and professional liability matters. Dube is a graduate of Harvard Law School.  Prior to joining Preti, he was a litigation associate in the Boston office of Ropes & Gray, LLP.
