John Sullivan Appointed to Concord, NH Board of Ethics
Concord, NH - Preti Flaherty Attorney and Director John Sullivan has been appointed to the newly established Board of Ethics for the City of Concord, NH. Sullivan was appointed by City Manager Tom Aspell. The five-member Board includes Sullivan, along with Scott Daniels, Daniel Feltes, Brenda Robb and Tenley Callaghan.
The city council voted to create the Board of Ethics in September of 2011. The Board of Ethics' purpose is to determine if citizen complaints against an elected official has merit, to conduct investigative hearings and make recommendations to the City Council.
The Concord Monitor announced the Board of Ethics members on May 15 and describes an ethics complaint made by state Representative Rick Watrous against Mayor Jim Bouley and At-Large Councilor Dan St. Hilaire. Read the article here.
