Bodie Colwell Appointed to U.S. Regional Co-Director for The International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation’s Board of Directors

Preti Flaherty attorney Bodie Colwell has been reappointed to serve on The International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) 2025 Board of Directors. Effective January 1, 2025, Bodie will serve as the United States Regional Co-Director. 

The IWIRC is the premier international, networking, and professional growth organization dedicated to enhancing the professional status of women in the restructuring and insolvency industry. IWIRC works to connect women worldwide, with over 2,400 members who represent every discipline of restructuring: law, crisis management, banking, communications and more.

Bodie is a dedicated and active member of the IWIRC, serving as former Vice Director of Communications, and as former Co-Chair of the New England Network. Her most recent position was as Co-Director of Communications on the Management Committee.
