Biography

Mike is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, practicing from the Portland office. He provides clients with comprehensive and effective service in a wide variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, property damage claims, white collar investigations, and subrogation claims. Mike has experience providing clients with counsel throughout the litigation process, including conducting and presenting case research; drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs; deposing witnesses, experts, and corporate designees; and assisting with trial preparation.

Mike is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law and Susquehanna University. While in law school, he contributed to the Villanova Law Review. As an undergrad, he served as an intern for U.S. Representative John Murtha of Pennsylvania and as Vice President of the Pre-Law Society. Early in his career, Mike was selected to serve as an assistant district attorney as part of a secondment program with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. As an associate at one of the top litigation law firms in Philadelphia, he handled hundreds of criminal trials and preliminary hearings in the Philadelphia Municipal Court.

Mike resides in Yarmouth, Maine.
