Preti Flaherty Welcomes Holly E. Lusk

Preti Flaherty announced today that Holly E. Lusk has rejoined the firm.

Holly E. Lusk is a member of the firm’s Government Affairs and Health Law groups practicing from the Augusta, Maine office. In her practice, she advocates for clients before the Maine Legislature, the Executive Branch and other state agencies on a wide range of policy issues.

During her recent tenure as the Senior Health Policy Advisor to Governor Paul R. Prior to joining the Governor’s staff, Holly practiced with Preti Flaherty’s Litigation and Health Law groups out of the firm’s Portland, Maine office, during which time she was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. She is a graduate of the University of Maine Law School and the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a degree in International Relations and French Studies.

John M. Sullivan, Managing Partner at Preti Flaherty, said, “Holly’s return to Preti is great news for our clients and our Firm. There are very few people in the law who combine the intelligence, experience, charisma and work ethic that Holly possesses. Her recent work for Governor LePage has only broadened the skills she will apply to serve our clients. We are so pleased she has returned to the Firm.”
