Preti Flaherty Adds Two to Environmental and Litigation Practice Groups

Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce the arrival of two new members to the firm: Kevin C. Osantowski and Nicholas A. Dube.

Kevin Osantowski joins our Environmental Practice Group in the firm’s Portland, Maine, office. Kevin is a graduate of Boston College Law School and the University of Vermont’s Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources. He joins the firm as an Associate following four years at a law firm in the Pacific Northwest, where he worked on a variety of environmental compliance and litigation matters.

Nicholas Dube joins our Litigation Practice Group in Concord, New Hampshire, office. Nicholas is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review, and Harvard College. A native of New Hampshire, Nicholas joins the firm’s Concord office as an Associate following three years in the Boston office of a top global law firm and a clerkship with Judge Boggs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

With these new arrivals, Preti Flaherty continues to expand the scope and strength of our already formidable Environmental and Litigation Practice Groups.

“Despite these challenging times, our clients have placed their trust in us in increasing measure,” said Managing Partner, David B. Van Slyke. “With the addition of Kevin and Nicholas to our team, we are helping to ensure we maintain that trust by continuing to provide the most comprehensive and dynamic counsel possible. Together, they represent a significant aspect of the future for Preti Flaherty, and we are proud that they have chosen to become part of that exciting future.  We expect great things from both of them.”
