Preti Assists in Acquisition of Ogunquit Landmark Hotel
Giri Hotels, one of New England’s largest hospitality groups, has acquired Anchorage by the Sea, a premiere waterfront resort situated on the famed Marginal Way in Ogunquit, Maine. Anchorage by the Sea is the 47th hotel in Giri’s portfolio. Preti Flaherty attorney Jason Howe represented Giri in the transaction.
