Jason Howe has been honored by the Maine Real Estate and Development Association (MEREDA) at their 2026 Forecast Conference & Member Showcase, held on February 26, 2026 at the Holiday Inn By the Bay in Portland. Howe was one of four individuals recognized for their significant and lasting contributions to real estate development in the state of Maine. The conference is the largest real estate and development event in Maine, drawing nearly 1,000 industry professionals.

Jason is a Partner in Preti Flaherty's Corporate and M&A Practice Group and Chair of the firm's Real Estate and Finance Practice Group. He represents clients regionally, nationally, and internationally on matters relating to real estate development, corporate restructuring, business acquisitions, private equity investments, and complex commercial leasing. He also represents lenders and private equity groups in financing commercial real estate development and various hospitality concerns. Jason is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and is listed in Best Lawyers in America in both Corporate Law and Commercial Real Estate Law.
