Attorney Jason G. Howe Joins Preti Flaherty as a Partner in Its Business Law and Real Estate Groups

Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce that attorney Jason G. Howe has joined the firm’s Business Law and Real Estate practice groups as a Partner. Jason will work primarily from the firm’s Portland office.

Jason’s practice centers on business and real estate matters. Jason has experience handling real estate development projects, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and commercial finance matters. He represents regional, national, and international clients across the full lifecycle of business matters. Jason also acts as outside general counsel to several notable clients. Prior to joining Preti, Jason was a partner at one of the larger law firms in Southern Maine.

While in law school at the University of Maine School of Law, he served as president of the Student Bar Association, as an editor for the Maine Law Review, and received both the Bernstein District Court Fellowship and the Dean’s Award for Community Service.
