Marijuana-related issues, both medical and the newly enacted adult-use law, present challenging issues for municipalities both as a regulator and an employer. Preti Flaherty has been integrally involved in the amended adult-use law just enacted over the Governor’s veto and the still-pending comprehensive rewrite of the medical marijuana law.

Please join Steve Langsdorf and Kristin Collins on May 22 for a briefing regarding the impact of these laws on municipalities and how to move forward to implement your community’s choices.
