Preti Attorneys Contribute to MCLE New England Book
Preti Flaherty attorneys Greg Moffett, Ken Rubinstein, William Saturley and Daniel Sonneborn contributed as authors and Ken Rubinstein co-edited the recently published MCLE book, A Practical Guide to Understanding RSA 358-A in New Hampshire. The Guide discusses the process for bringing and defending an action under RSA 358-A in court, including theories of liability, damages, defenses and exemptions, particulars of public enforcement, and the steps involved in a trial under the statute."
