Biography
Chris is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group, practicing from the Portland, Maine, office. He provides comprehensive and strategic counsel throughout the lifecycle of client representation, from intake to resolution and beyond, including researching and drafting a full range of litigation documents; collecting evidence and expert witness testimony; assisting in argument and trial preparation; and attending hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and the University of Maine at Farmington. While in law school, Chris held a Rural Law Fellowship at a law firm in Farmington, was a legal writing teaching assistant, and a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Kermit V. Lipez of the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Chris was also a member of the Information Privacy Moot Court Team and competed in the Helsinki Information Law Moot Court Competition, where he received the award for Best Oralist. Prior to pursuing his law degree, he worked as a litigation paralegal at a law firm in Lewiston for three years. He joins Preti Flaherty after serving as a summer associate in our Portland office in 2021.
Chris resides in Winthrop, Maine.
