Cecilia is an associate in Preti Flaherty’s Corporate and M&A Practice Group in the Portland office.  Her practice includes due diligence, contract review and drafting, and supporting clients in high stakes transactions. 

Cecilia graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School and from Dartmouth College.  At Notre Dame Law School, she was the Executive Notes Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy and the Vice President of External Affairs for the Health Law Society.  She was also a legal extern for Indiana Legal Services, Inc., Summa Health, and the American Dental Association during law school.  Cecilia was a summer associate with the firm in 2022 and 2023.

She enjoys running long distances (especially for charity), traveling, and volunteering in her community.
