Cecilia is an associate in Preti Flaherty’s Corporate and M&A Practice Group in the Portland office.  Her practice includes drafting documents for corporate or transactional matters, researching legal issues, and reviewing legal documents.  She also works on matters involving regulatory compliance as a contributor to the Health Law Practice Group.

Cecilia graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School and from Dartmouth College.  At Notre Dame Law School, she was the Executive Notes Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy and the Vice President of External Affairs for the Health Law Society.  She was also a legal extern for Indiana Legal Services, Inc., Summa Health, and the American Dental Association during law school.  Cecilia was a summer associate with the firm in 2022 and 2023.

She enjoys long-distance running, traveling, and the fine arts.
