Alec is an associate with Preti’s Real Estate & Finance practice group in the Portland office. He represents clients in a range of transactional matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial real estate, as well as general corporate and business matters.

Alec’s legal experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, retail and industrial leases, deeds of trust, promissory notes, easements, and other real estate documents. He has also assisted clients with corporate governance and transactional matters, including operating agreements, corporate resolutions, and securities filings.

He earned his J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he was a member of the Corporate Business Law Journal, and a B.A. with high honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
