Preti Flaherty Attorney Peter Callaghan Admitted to American College of Trial Lawyers

The American College of Trial Lawyers inducted Preti Flaherty attorney Peter G. Callaghan as a Fellow at their recent 2017 Spring Meeting.

Founded in 1950, the College is a premier legal association composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only to trial lawyers with more than fifteen years of trial experience who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.

Membership in the College cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province. With his induction, Peter joins this select group of approximately 5800 members in the United States and Canada.  The College maintains and seeks to improve the standards of trial practice, professionalism, ethics, and the administration of justice through education and public statements on important legal issues relating to its mission.  The College strongly supports the independence of the judiciary, trial by jury, respect for the rule of law, access to justice, and fair and just representation of all parties to legal proceedings.

Peter is a Director in Preti Flaherty's Concord, New Hampshire office where he focuses his practice on business, commercial, real estate, and civil litigation, among other matters. Peter serves as Chair of Preti Flaherty's Professional Development Committee and is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for his work in Commercial Litigation. He is a member of the New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board and the District of New Hampshire's Federal Court Advisory Committee.
