Preti Flaherty Expands Litigation Group

Portland, ME  [April 1, 2014] – Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce that attorney Paul R. Greenberg has joined the firm.

Paul practices as a Director in the firm's Boston office.  An accomplished litigator, Paul brings to Preti Flaherty 20 years of active jury trial experience in Massachusetts courts defending doctors and a broad spectrum of health care facilities and other professionals.  Paul's practice also includes the representation of health care providers before the various boards of registration, including the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine.  Since 2008, Paul has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Paul will join the firm's Litigation and Professional Liability groups, which maintains a strong presence throughout northern New England and Massachusetts.  Paul is a frequent speaker on health law issues for industry associations.

Paul, a Massachusetts native, is a graduate of the University of Rochester (1985) and the Boston College Law School (1988).  He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Massachusetts.  Paul and his family live in Westwood, Massachusetts.

With the addition of Paul's practice to Preti Flaherty's Boston office, the firm expands the scope of its medical malpractice team and continues the rapid growth of its Boston presence, which has tripled in size since 2013.
