Preti Flaherty Welcomes Employment Law Attorney Brooke K. Haley to the Firm

Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce that attorney Brooke K. Haley has joined the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group as a Partner. Brooke will work primarily from the firm’s Portland office.

Brooke’s practice centers on management-side employment law and related litigation.  She also has a strong background in commercial business litigation, banking, real estate transactions, and securities.

As a trusted defender of employers, Brooke offers vital experience with workplace policies and procedures, management counseling, compliance with applicable state and federal labor and employment laws and regulations, as well as advice on pre-litigation, litigation, arbitration, and mitigation of risk strategies.

Brooke is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law and Bowdoin College. During law school she was a Summer Associate at Preti Flaherty. Since that time, she has distinguished herself at notable law firms in New York City and is recognized by New York Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in her field.
