Preti Flaherty Welcomes Attorney Martha L. Fox to the Firm

Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce that attorney Martha L. Fox has joined the firm as a member of our Business Law and Taxation practice groups, serving clients from the Portland office.

Martha is an experienced tax, business, and estate planning attorney, providing counsel on state and federal tax issues for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations.

Martha graduated from UConn Law and received an LL.M in Tax from Villanova. During her career, she has worked previously for a major international accounting firm and for highly regarded law firms in New Jersey and Delaware.
