Greg Hansel Appointed Co-Chair of the American Bar Association's (ABA) Antitrust Section's Unilateral Conduct Committee
Preti Flaherty attorney Greg Hansel has been appointed to serve as co-chair of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Antitrust Section’s Unilateral Conduct Committee for the 2024-2025 year.
The Unilateral Conduct Committee presents programs and leadership on monopolization, government enforcement, and private litigation. The Committee also works to apply competition law to industries with dominant firms, including Big Tech.
Greg is a nationally recognized trial lawyer in complex business litigation. He has previously served as vice-chair of the Global Private Litigation Committee of the ABA Antitrust Section. He was named one of the Top 25 Attorneys of the Northeast Region for 2024 by Attorney Intel. In addition, he is listed in Woodward/White’s Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation, Litigation – Securities, Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants, and Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Plaintiffs.
