E. Michael Thomas Joins Preti Flaherty's Environmental Group

Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce that E. Michael Thomas has joined the firm's Environmental and Land Use Groups.

E. Michael Thomas is an accomplished environmental and land use attorney with high-level experience in both government service and private practice. He joins the firm with Of Counsel status and will practice from the Boston office. A former U.S. Environmental Protection Agency enforcement attorney, he focuses his work on assisting clients with Superfund, brownfields and other hazardous waste issues, and he regularly works on compliance, permitting, enforcement defense and other matters in these areas.

Preti Flaherty’s Managing Partner, John M. Sullivan, said. “Michael’s extensive experience and accomplishments in environmental and land-use matters make him an important addition to the firm.”
