Attorney Ken Rubinstein Selected to Serve as Editor of Book Published by MCLE New England

Preti Flaherty attorney Ken Rubinstein was recently selected to serve as editor of a new book being published by the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. (MCLE) New England entitled, NH RSA 358-A Rights and Remedies. This publication should serve as the definitive treatise on New Hampshire's unfair business practice statute.

According to the MCLE website, MCLE is the Massachusetts legal community's premier provider of hands on programs and practical reference materials. It's mission is to "keep raising the caliber of lawyers' professional and ethical service to their clients and communities, by providing comprehensive and highly practical continuing legal education of the highest quality to the broadest possible audience."

Kenneth E. Rubinstein practices as a Director in the firm's Boston, Massachusetts and Concord, New Hampshire offices and is a member of the firm's Litigation and Construction Law Groups.  Ken regularly represents public and private companies in complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis on matters involving construction issues and financial professionals.
