Holly E. Lusk is a member of the firm’s Government Affairs and Health Law groups practicing from the Augusta, Maine office. In her practice, she advocates for clients before the Maine Legislature, the Executive Branch and other state agencies on a wide range of policy issues.

During her recent tenure as the Senior Health Policy Advisor to Governor Paul R. John M. Sullivan, Managing Partner at Preti Flaherty, said, “Holly’s return to Preti is great news for our clients and our Firm. There are very few people in the law who combine the intelligence, experience, charisma and work ethic that Holly possesses. Her recent work for Governor LePage has only broadened the skills she will apply to serve our clients. We are so pleased she has returned to the Firm.”
