Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce the arrival of attorney Patricia J. Ballard. She joins the firm as a member of our Business Law Group and represents our ongoing commitment to expanding our services and capabilities to meet the needs of our multifaceted roster of corporate clients.

Patricia (“Tricia”) Ballard is a Preti Flaherty alum who rejoins the firm’s Concord, New Hampshire, office as Of Counsel after several years practicing transactional and creditors rights law and government affairs and administrative litigation in Lexington, Kentucky. She is a graduate of Boston College Law School, where she was a member of the Business Law Society and a senior editor and writer for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. She earned a B.A. in Communications Studies at Merrimack College.

In commenting on the significant number of hires made by the firm in the past 14 months, Preti Flaherty’s Managing Partner, David B.
