Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce that the firm’s partnership has named anew partner: Kristy Abraham. Kristy stands out as distinguished practitioner in the field of corporate law and her noteworthy contributions have significantly strengthened the firm’s regional, national, and international service footprint.

Kristy Abraham is a member and former chair of the firm’s Corporate and M&A Practice Group in the Portland office and currently co-chairs the firm’s Diversity Committee. Kristy represents a diverse group of clients, ranging from small, locally owned businesses to national and international corporate clients of all sizes. She is a graduate of Bentley University (M.S. in  Taxation), the University of Maine School of Law, and Western New England University. Outside the firm, Kristy has served on the board and as president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine.
