Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce that attorney Erin K. Naylon has joined the firm’s Corporate and M&A Practice Group, working in the Portland, Maine office.

Erin is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and Ithaca College. While in law school, she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law, was a member of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society and the Slavic Eurasian-American Legal Society, and received the Silver Public Service Award for contributing more than 500 hours of pro bono legal assistance. She has held internships at Avangrid Management Company in Portland, at an incubator for not-for-profit startups in New York, and for the Hon. Michele Kern-Rappy of the New York State Supreme Court Mediation Office and the Hon. Arthur M. Diamond of the Nassau County Supreme Court. Prior to law school, she worked as an operations analyst for Vidaris, Inc. in New York.
