Biography

Erin is a member of Preti Flaherty’s Corporate and M&A Practice Group in the firm’s Portland office. In her practice, she represents a diverse roster of clients in commercial and transactional matters through every stage of the corporate life cycle, from entity planning and formation through growth, acquisition, and divestiture.

Erin is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and Ithaca College. While in law school, she served as a legal research assistant at a law firm in New York and held several internships, including in the legal services department of Avangrid Management Company in Portland, a legal incubator in New York, and for the Hon. Michele Kern-Rappy of the New York State Supreme Court Mediation Office and the Hon. Arthur Diamond of the Nassau Country Supreme Court. Prior to law school, she worked with general counsel for Vidaris, Inc. as an operations analyst.

Erin lives in Portland.
