Biography

Colin is a member of Preti Flaherty’s Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Boston office. An integral member of our cross-disciplinary team, he provides counsel and represents clients in state and federal courts on a variety of complex issues related to commercial litigation, consumer finance litigation, employment litigation, and internal and government investigations. He has focused experience with data privacy and breach response matters, state and federal regulatory inquiries, and commercial real estate development and construction dispute resolution.

In addition to his corporate client work, Colin has provided pro bono representation for immigrant children through Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and for tenants before the Massachusetts Housing Courts.

Colin is a graduate of the Suffolk University Law School and Stonehill College. While in law school, he served as an investigator in the Massachusetts Office of the Bar Counsel. Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Colin practiced in the Boston office of a prominent national law firm.

Colin lives in Medfield, Massachusetts, with his wife Megan and their three children.
