Amy is an associate with Preti Flaherty’s Litigation Group. Based out of the firm’s Portland headquarters, she delivers strategic, end-to-end counsel to clients – from initial intake through resolution and beyond. Her work includes drafting key litigation documents, conducting legal analysis, gathering evidence and witness testimony, managing discovery, and supporting all aspects of pre-trial preparation.

Before joining Preti Flaherty, Amy served as a judicial clerk at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, where she conducted legal research, prepared bench memoranda, and drafted orders related to post-conviction matters.

Outside of the office, Amy is an avid Duolingo enthusiast and recently celebrated a 5-year streak of studying Spanish and Portuguese.
