Stephen is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group, practicing from the Boston office. His extensive experience with general litigation matters includes drafting pleadings, internal memoranda, discovery documents, and dispositive and nondispositive motions, including motions for summary judgement, motions to dismiss, and motions for preliminary injunction in commercial litigation matters.

Stephen is a graduate of Boston College Law School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at BC Law, Stephen served as an intern in the Legal Department of the City of Waltham, Massachusetts, and was a staff writer for the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum. He joins Preti Flaherty following two years as an associate at a prominent Boston law firm, where he focused on white collar defense and complex commercial litigation.

Stephen lives in Woburn, Massachusetts.
