Preti Flaherty’s Tim Bryant Selected as Fellow in Litigation Counsel of America

Timothy J. Bryant has been invited by the Advisory Board of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) to join the distinguished group as a Fellow. Membership in LCA is invitation-only and is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellows are selected and invited after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation.

“I am humbled and honored to be selected by my peers to be part of this prestigious organization,” says Bryant. “It’s a privilege to be recognized by my peers, and I look forward to being an active member of this Fellowship.”  

Bryant is Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group and Chair of the Franchising and Distribution Practice Groups at Preti Flaherty. He is listed in Benchmark Litigation, Chambers USA, and Woodward-White's The Best Lawyers in America for his work in the area of litigation, and is a member of the Franchise Times Legal Eagle Hall of Fame for his work in the area of franchise law.
