Preti Flaherty Attorney Tim Bryant Joins Franchise Times “Legal Eagle” Hall of Fame

For the tenth year in a row, Preti Flaherty attorney Tim Bryant has been recognized as a Franchise Times magazine “Legal Eagle.” Nominated by their peers, the franchise attorneys chosen for this honor are considered “superior attorneys” and are among the most knowledgeable and experienced in the nation, according to Franchise Times. As a ten-year recipient, Bryant will now join the ranks of the Legal Eagle Hall of Fame. He is highlighted with other franchise attorneys in the April 2018 edition.

Bryant is also recognized by Benchmark Litigation, Best Lawyers in America, and Chambers USA publications for his work in the areas of franchise law and commercial litigation. He has assisted numerous start-up and existing franchise businesses with their relationship agreements and disclosure/regulatory compliance. Bryant has also successfully prosecuted, defended, and assisted franchisors in resolving countless disputes related to franchise regulatory, intellectual property, and business relationship issues.

At Preti Flaherty, Bryant serves as co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on franchise, business, and construction law and litigation. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising and Litigation Practice Specialty Sections.
