Governor Paul LePage Appoints Preti Flaherty Attorney Tim Bryant to Judicial Selection Committee

Preti Flaherty attorney Timothy J. Bryant has been appointed to the Maine Judicial Selection Committee by Governor Paul LePage. This committee is responsible for advising the Governor on matters related to judicial appointments and recommending candidates to fill vacancies.

Tim practices with the firm’s Business Law, Franchise, and Litigation practice groups, and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and chair of the firm’s Franchise Practice Group. He focuses his practice on franchise, business, construction law, and litigation. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising and Litigation Practice Specialty Sections. Tim lives in Falmouth with his wife, Lisa, sons Sean and Jack, and daughter, Lauren.
