Bankruptcy Attorney Gregory Moffett Presents at "Bankruptcy Litigation 101"

Concord, NH – Attorney Gregory A. Moffett, Director with Preti Flaherty's Bankruptcy and Litigation Groups, recently served as a presenting panelist and lecturer at a continuing legal education seminar entitled, "Bankruptcy Litigation 101." Moffett spoke on multiple topics, including: the Procedural Nuances of Bankruptcy Litigation; Jurisdiction; Core and Non-Core Proceedings; Venue and Removal; Motions for Relief from Stay; Cash Collateral Motions; and Procedures for Dismissal of Cases under Chapters 7, 11, and 13.

The event was hosted by the National Business Institute and held in Manchester, New Hampshire on April 23, 2012. Attendees included bankruptcy professionals and financial institutions.

Moffett focuses his practice on bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and creditor's rights. He regularly assists institutional creditors, corporations, and individuals in litigated matters in the New Hampshire Bankruptcy Court, and in the various state courts of New Hampshire. He also frequently counsels real estate agents and brokers in connection with negligence claims and related disputes.
