Biography

Michael is an associate in Preti Flaherty’s Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Portland office. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, and antitrust matters. He also has experience with corporate governance disputes, government enforcement actions, and False Claims Act litigation. He has represented clients at all stages of litigation, from initial pleadings and discovery through trial preparation.

Michael is a graduate of Boston College Law School, where he was a senior editor of the Boston College Law Review. Following law school, Michael clerked for the Honorable George A. O’Toole, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts before joining Ropes & Gray as a litigation associate. Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Michael worked at a notable law firm in Portland.
