Ken Rubinstein, Chair of Preti Flaherty's Construction Law group, will moderate a panel discussion at this year's MedEd Facilities Conference focusing on ways colleges and universities are teaming up to solve the critical shortage of nurses and provide affordable, high quality education in New England.
