Preti Attorney Tim Bryant Selected by National Trade Publication, Franchise Times, as "Legal Eagle"

PORTLAND, Maine (February 25, 2014) – Preti Flaherty attorney Tim Bryant has been selected by the franchise community as a Franchise Times "Legal Eagle," and will be recognized by the National Trade Publication in its 11th annual listing in the April 2014 issue. Nominated by their peers, attorneys chosen for this honor are considered among the most knowledgeable and experienced franchise attorneys in the nation, according to the magazine.

Bryant is recognized by Benchmark Litigation, Best Lawyer's in America, and Chambers USA publications for his work in the areas of franchise law and commercial litigation. He has assisted numerous start up and existing franchise businesses with their relationship agreements and disclosure/regulatory compliance. He has also successfully prosecuted, defended and assisted franchisors in resolving countless disputes related to franchise regulatory, intellectual property and business relationship issues.
