Antitrust Implications of the Internet of Things

Preti Flaherty's Ellie Quinby will moderate an American Bar Association panel on the antitrust implications of the Internet of Things ("IoT") in the United States and Europe. The panel will address how IoT products and services may give rise to potential antitrust issues under U.S. and European antitrust laws, and the European Commission's competition sector inquiry into the consumer Internet of Things.
