Biography

Erin is a member of Preti Flaherty’s Real Estate and Finance and Corporate and M&A practice groups in the firm’s Portland office. She represents and advises banks, borrowers, and sellers on a variety of complex real estate matters, financing, and a variety of corporate transactions including stock sales. She also provides comprehensive counsel on historic tax credit and low-income housing tax credit developments.

Erin is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and Temple University. While in law school, she served as Case Note and Comment Editor of the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal, held a tax internship at a tax and estate firm, and was a judicial intern in the office of the Hon. Jon D. Levy on the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine. Prior to law school, Erin worked as a funding coordinator and paralegal at a boutique law firm in Portland focused on estate planning.

Erin lives in Gorham, Maine.
