Attorney Kenneth E. Rubinstein Joins Preti Flaherty

December 6, 2011 — Concord, NH and Boston, MA — Preti Flaherty announced today that attorney Kenneth Rubinstein has joined the firm as a Director and will practice with the Litigation and Construction Law Groups from the Boston, MA and Concord, NH office.

Rubinstein was previously an Officer at a New England litigation firm, and regularly represents public and private companies in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and beyond, in complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis on matters involving construction issues and financial professionals.

Rubinstein has represented clients throughout New England since 1998 and is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He is a frequent author, has published articles in many regional and national publications, and has been co-author or co-editor of several books on construction and risk management issues. He has been featured in numerous publications and media outlets, and is a frequent lecturer before various professional organizations and educational institutions.

Before joining Preti Flaherty, Rubinstein practiced with Arthur Anderson; Morrison, Mahoney & Miller; and Nelson, Kinder + Mosseau.

He is a graduate of the University of Rochester (with a certificate in Business Management from the Simon School of Business) and Boston University School of Law. He is a native New Yorker and resides in Hopkinton, New Hampshire.
