Preti Flaherty attorney Bruce C. Gerrity has been named in the 2020 Best Lawyers in America as the “Lawyer of the Year” in the field of Administrative/Regulatory Law for the Augusta region.

Inclusion in Best Lawyers in America is considered a high honor because attorneys are chosen by their peers—they are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed. Nominations are based on an intensive peer-review survey in which more than 25,000 of the nation’s attorneys cast nearly two million votes. “Lawyer of the Year” honorees represent attorneys with the highest overall peer feedback for a specific practice area and geographic region. Only one attorney is recognized as the "Lawyer of the Year" for each specialty and location.
