Sam is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group, practicing from the Concord, New Hampshire, office. He counsels clients on a broad array of litigation-related issues, including drafting and filing of pleadings and other documents; research and collection of evidence; managing discovery materials; and other general aspects of argument and pre-trial preparation.

Sam is a graduate of the Cornell Law School and the Virginia Military Institute. While at Cornell, Sam was a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Illinois and was a summer intern for the U.S Coast Guard Office of the Judge Advocate General and U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources in Washington, DC, and the Office of the Attorney General Civil Division in Anchorage, Alaska. Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Sam served as a clerk for the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Sam resides in Concord, New Hampshire.
